Your free planner

No email address or payment is required. The digital planner stores your meal choices in this browser on your device; it does not send those entries to our server. Downloaded backups stay where you save them. Clear this site’s browser data to remove local entries.

Shopping links

The site checks whether shopping features are configured. Opening a merchant link takes you to that merchant, whose privacy policy applies. Copying or saving your list does not send it to a store account. The direct Instacart integration is currently disabled.

Hosting

Render hosts this website and Hostinger manages its domain and DNS. Providers may process technical access logs, including IP addresses, as part of delivering and securing the service. This site does not add advertising pixels, newsletter signup or marketing analytics.

Payments and support

Paid checkout is closed. If it opens later, Stripe will host payment entry and the site will store order references to verify downloads. Card numbers will remain with Stripe. A support form, when enabled, sends the entered email, reference and message for owner review; do not include payment credentials or sensitive health information.

See planner help for current download and local-data guidance. This notice will be updated before new collection or shopping integrations are enabled.
